Pengon is installed through Code Injection, which Squarespace only offers on Core and higher plans (Core, Plus, Advanced, and the older Business and Commerce plans). On the Basic or Personal plan there's nowhere to paste the snippet.
You have two options:
- Upgrade to Core or higher in Squarespace, then follow Install Pengon on your Squarespace site.
- Only need visitors to get a copy of their answers? Our free Google Sheets script does that on any plan, Basic included: How to email Squarespace form submitters a copy of their answers. It doesn't filter spam.
