Download your messages

On the Submissions page, click Export CSV to download your messages as a spreadsheet.

How long messages are kept

Messages are deleted automatically 90 days after they arrive. You can delete them sooner, one at a time or several at once with the checkboxes.

Delete your account

Under Settings, Danger zone, click Delete my account and type your account email to confirm. That deletes your site, your messages, your billing records and your Pengon login straight away, and stops any subscription. Then remove the snippet from your site's Code Injection; your forms keep working as before.

Our nightly backups are kept for 30 days, so your data is gone from them within 30 days too.

When you used Recover or Report spam, the message's text was kept as a training example, with names, email addresses, links and phone numbers removed. These aren't linked to your account, so deleting it doesn't remove them. To have one removed, email [email protected] with what the message said. The details are in our privacy policy.
