Pengon shows Waiting or Inactive

Waiting means your snippet hasn't reached us yet; Inactive means it stopped. Usually the snippet is missing from your site's Header.

Waiting

Pengon hasn't heard from your site yet. Open a page with your form on your live site, not the editor preview or your squarespace.com address. If it still says Waiting, check that the snippet is in the Header box of Code Injection and that you clicked Save.

Inactive

Your site used to reach Pengon but hasn't in the last 48 hours. Usually the snippet was removed from Code Injection, for example while changing templates, or nobody opened a page with your form in that time. If your alerts are on, we email you when this happens.

To fix it, check that the Header box in Code Injection still has your snippet (copy it again from Setup if not), then open your form page on the live site. The status turns Active within a minute or so.
