Every message gets a spam score. Under Settings, Spam sensitivity sets how high that score must be before Pengon holds a message as spam.
- Lenient: only holds messages Pengon is almost certain are spam. Choose it if you'd rather see a little spam than risk holding a real enquiry.
- Balanced (recommended): catches nearly all spam while staying safe for real enquiries. Right for most sites.
- Strict: holds anything even moderately suspicious. Choose it if you're drowning in spam, and skim your dashboard now and then for real messages to recover.
A change applies to new messages from then on. If real enquiries keep landing in Spam, try Lenient and recover them. If too much spam gets through, try Strict.
