There's no agency plan yet. It's on our roadmap: one account to manage all your clients' sites, with volume pricing. Until then, each client has their own Pengon account.
Who does what
- Your client signs up at pengon.dev with their own email. The free trial needs no card. The account, the bill and the spam alerts are theirs.
- You add their snippet to their Squarespace site. It takes about two minutes.
Steps
- Your client signs up and opens Setup in their Pengon dashboard.
- They copy their snippet and send it to you. It's one line, with their site's ID already in it.
- You paste it into their site: in Squarespace, open Website, click Custom Code at the bottom of the Pages panel, then Code Injection. Paste it into the Header box and click Save.
- Open a page with their form on the live site. Their Setup page shows Connected within about 10 seconds.

Good to know
- Alerts, the weekly digest and recovered messages go to the email on your client's account.
- If your client turns on visitor copies, they come from the business name your client sets, and replies go to them.
- One Pengon account protects one site for now. A client with two sites needs two accounts.
